In order to streamline support requests and better serve our clients and our associates, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Our team can reply to you from their phones, PDAs, laptops or any computer with internet access. More important you will be capable of tracking your request. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
Clients and customers can request:
- Emergency Contact someone will call inmediately or in less than 4 hours (worst case).
- Ellab Products Support and questions.
- ESG Latin America Product Support and questions.
- Metrology Service, Rental and Support
- Validation Service and Support
Associates and team members can request:
- Hardware and software support (report any issued or request any software or hardware).
- Request any support regarding your day to day jobs and/or document request (letters or job certifications) report any situation related to Human Resources department.
- Document any ISO 9000 action items as per existing procedures.
- Document internal CAPA's
